Your specialist arts and entertainment subjects
Students must complete four of the following five specialist electives:

- Music Industry Management
- Cultural AD Contents Design
- Digital Media Content Creation & Branding
- Korean Entertainment Business Management
Music Industry Management explores the creative and commercial sides of the music business, including artist development, contracts, branding, royalties, streaming and fan engagement. Content and advertising study develops visual storytelling, brand communication and campaign-planning skills. Individual subject offerings vary by semester.
Study structure and graduation
Thesis route: Three Korean Studies credits, 18 required major credits, 15 elective credits and six research credits.
Non-thesis route: Three Korean Studies credits, 18 required major credits and 21 elective credits.

Who is this program for?

Entry requirements
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or an accepted equivalent. Final-semester undergraduate applicants may apply subject to providing completed degree documents.
- IELTS 5.5 or an accepted TOEFL iBT equivalent. Specified nationality and degree-country exemptions may apply.
- A statement of purpose, degree certificate, official transcripts and two recommendation letters; at least one recommendation must be from an undergraduate professor.
- Passport and supporting financial evidence, with academic-document authentication and notarised English translations where required.
- Application review and an admission interview.
Tuition and scholarships
Estimated tuition per semester: USD 4,980 before scholarships.
One-time admission fee: approximately USD 670, payable in the first semester.
Application fee: approximately USD 75, payable separately.
Eligible incoming students may receive a 50% first-semester tuition waiver. Continuing-student awards can offer 30%, 50%, 75% or 100% tuition reductions, subject to academic performance, selection and university policy. No scholarship has been deducted from the displayed semester tuition.
