The Master of Arts in International Business Administration (IBA) at Kyungdong University Global (KDU Global) is a fully English-taught graduate degree designed for leadership in multinational corporations, international organizations, global consultancy firms, and entrepreneurial ventures. It develops the strategic, analytical, and technology-focused capabilities needed to navigate today's complex international business environment.

Students complete at least 30 credits across Core, Major Elective, and Convergence Elective courses. The curriculum combines international business strategy, digital business applications, innovation and entrepreneurship, international economics and finance, data analytics, programming, business intelligence, big data visualization, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, project management, media communications, and applied research. Students may choose a four-semester research track or a five-semester coursework track, with 15-week semesters and classes scheduled one day per week.

Graduates are prepared for careers as international business managers, export and import managers, operations and financial managers, digital marketing managers, business data analysts, global e-commerce specialists, Business AI supervisors, and media and communications managers — in Korea and around the world.
