Lesson & Class Policies

1. Cancellation
Students may cancel or reschedule a lesson without penalty with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed lessons, are charged in full.
2. Student Absence / No-Show
If a student does not join a lesson at the scheduled time and does not notify the teacher in advance, the lesson is considered a no-show and is not refunded or rescheduled.
3. Technical Issues
If a student cannot join a lesson due to a technical issue (e.g. no internet, audio or video failure), the student should notify the teacher as soon as possible. A lesson interrupted for more than 15 minutes by a technical issue may be rescheduled at no charge at the teacher's discretion.
4. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to teacher availability. To reschedule, contact your teacher or use the booking link as early as possible.
