Only as necessary: with universities for applications, with visa authorities as required, with service providers (hosting, payments, email), and when required by law.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures. Files are stored encrypted at rest. All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Application records are retained for a minimum of 3 years. You may request deletion at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, request deletion, object to processing, and data portability.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Umami for privacy-focused analytics (no personal data collected).
