Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Asia Pathway, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Services
We connect students with study abroad programs in South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and China. Services include: program matching, application processing, visa assistance, housing support, and advisory services. We are not a university, visa authority, or government agency.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and providing accurate information. Minimum age: 13. Users under 18 require parental consent.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms. All fees in USD unless stated.
5. User Content
By uploading documents or submitting applications, you grant us a license to process that content for providing our services. You retain ownership.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not use the Platform for illegal purposes, submit false information, violate laws, disrupt the Platform, or attempt unauthorized access.
7. Intellectual Property
The Platform design, code, content, and branding are owned by Asia Pathway and protected by copyright law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.
9. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee that program information is always current or that applications will be accepted.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration if necessary.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or platform.
